Burnt Orange Impact.

Stories for Good.

We're more connected than ever, and yet many young people have never felt more alone.

Why we do it.

Burnt Orange was built to tell human stories, and we want the work we do to create some good beyond the brief.

As Burnt Orange grows, so does what we give back. We commit filming days to charities supporting young people affected by isolation, anxiety and disconnection, particularly organisations using the outdoors, community and therapy to help people reconnect.

For our founder, Toby Roney, this is personal. The outdoors has shaped his life, his career and many of the relationships that matter most to him. He knows first-hand what being outside, sharing something difficult and feeling part of something can do for a person.

So rather than simply writing a cheque, we do what we know how to do. We tell stories.

We give charities access to professional filmmaking they might otherwise struggle to afford. That could mean telling one young person's story, showing the work an organisation does every day, or making a film that helps them reach more people and raise more money.

Every commercial project we take on brings us closer to the next story we can give away.

Our commitment.

1% of our profits goes towards free filming days for charities and community projects.

Are you a charity?

If you work with young people and use the outdoors, community or therapy to help them reconnect, we'd like to hear about you and the story you want to tell. Email hello@burnt-orange.com or choose “Stories for Good” on our contact form.

Help us tell more

We want this to grow. If you're a brand, organisation or individual who'd like to support Stories for Good beyond what Burnt Orange already gives, we'd love to hear from you. Your support pays for extra filming days, crew and post-production, which means more of these stories get told.
